Wear comfortable workout clothes and tennis shoes.
Bring gloves and wraps if you have them. If you don’t have any, don’t worry! We have some for you to use.

If you want to check out Rise but have never done kickboxing before, book a free 30 minute beginner session with us. You’ll learn the basics of striking so that you’ll be ready to go when you join our regular group classes.
