FULL BODY STRENGTH TRAINING

50 minutes of resistance training, designed with long term goals in mind. Each class begins with a warmup & stretch to encourage motion and discourage injuries. Our trainers will adjust the workouts for any limitations a member may have.

All levels welcome!
