MUAY THAI/KICKBOXING

Muay Thai/Kickboxing classes focus on developing strong striking skills through partner drills, pad work, and heavy bag work, and more.

WOMEN’S KICKBOXING

A class just for women, taught by women. Learn how to strike through partner drills, heavy bag work, and pad work.

STRENGTH FIT

Strength Fit classes involve a range of weight lifting exercises using the cable machine, free weights, barbells, and more.

MMA

Tie the stand-up and ground game together by practicing core MMA elements. Wrestling, ground and pound, cage work, and more.

SPARRING

Sparring classes allow students to test their skills in a safe environment. Fighters and hobbyists welcome with coach approval.

KIDS KICKBOXING

Our kids kickboxing focuses on giving kids the tools to have strong minds, bodies, and striking skills.
