CLASS TYPES

MUAY THAI/KICKBOXING

Muay Thai/Kickboxing classes focus on developing strong striking skills through drills, pad work, and heavy bag work.

KB FITNESS

Practice kickboxing technique while improving conditioning. Weight/cardio circuits, heavy bag work, and kickboxing drills.

BOXING

Boxing classes focus on developing strong hands. They involve partner drills, solo drills, mitts, and heavy bag work.

WOMEN’S KICKBOXING

A class just for women to improve their striking skills through partner drills, heavy bag work, pads & mitts.

SPARRING

Sparring classes allow students to test their skills in a safe environment. Fighters and hobbyists welcome with coach approval.

KIDS KICKBOXING

Our kids kickboxing focuses on giving kids the tools to have strong minds, bodies, and striking skills.
