CLASS TYPES

KICKBOXING/BOXING

Kickboxing and boxing classes focus on developing strong striking skills through drills, pad work, and heavy bag work.

KB FIT

KB FIT or Kickboxing Fitness classes focus on practicing kickboxing technique while improving conditioning.

MUAY THAI

Muay Thai classes focus on the art of Muay Thai. They involve partner drills, thai pad work, and optional light sparring.

KIDS KICKBOXING

Our kids kickboxing focuses on giving kids the tools to have strong minds, bodies, and striking skills.

SPARRING

Sparring classes both teach students how to spar, and allow them to test their skills in a safe environment.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Private sessions are between a student and their coach of choice, and are designed by the coach to fit the student’s specific needs.
